M&L follows developments in the Port of Calais to develop its activities

In the 1990s, the capacity of cross-Channel trade increased considerably, leading to the concentration of Calais-England traffic. The Port of Calais underwent multiple works, constructions and developments to be able to meet these new cross-Channel transport needs, but also to be able to accommodate new generations of ferries, with non-standard dimensions. M&L adapted to these new changes and increased its flow of activities in order to be able to meet these multimodal and especially cross-Channel transport needs.
